What are all the documents for the KYB process?

To complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process, you’ll need to provide the following documents:

1. Certificate of Incumbency — Provided by the registered agent of the company, listing the names of its current directors, officers, and beneficial owners (any company or person holding over 10% of company shares). Please keep in mind that we will require further information and documents if/when the shareholder is another company.

2. Licenses or Registrations — Any licenses or registrations of commercial activities, particularly for any regulated industry.

3. ID Documents — Copy of the ID document of any person listed on the certificate of incumbency.
