E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice

(“Consent Statement”)

You are applying for a Cypher Card. If you consent to this Consent Statement for this Program, it applies even if you do not obtain (or are not offered) a Cypher Card.

You understand and agree that you may receive information and push notifications from CypherD via email or our App. You hereby consent to receive communications via email, our App, text message on your mobile device, or calls to your mobile number. You acknowledge that you may incur additional charges or fees from your wireless provider for these communications, including text message charges and data usage fees, and you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any such charges and fees and not CypherD.

You have the right to receive legal disclosures, notices, and communications (together, the “Covered Items”) in paper form by mail. We may instead provide these Covered Items to you electronically if you: give us your Consent to do so and satisfy the System Requirements below. For purposes of this Consent Statement, the Covered Items include all servicing and collection communications on your account, as well as all legal disclosures, notices and communications that Cypher is required to provide in writing regarding the account.

In this Consent Statement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to: CypherD Wallet Inc and our service providers.

Your Consent will remain effective until: (1) you or we have terminated all your cards and accounts; (2) you opt-out of electronic communications. If you terminate your Card, your Consent will still continue with respect to the pre-termination rights of CypherD wallet Inc (including rights created by your Consent to this Consent Statement). You can terminate your card by contacting us at support@cypherd.io.

You are free to withdraw Your Consent at any time and at no charge to you. If you do withdraw Your Consent prior to the approval of your application, this will prevent you from receiving credit from us over the Internet. If at any time you wish to withdraw Your Consent, you may do this by emailing us at support@cypherd.io. If you decide to withdraw Your Consent, the legal effectiveness, validity and/or enforceability of any prior electronic disclosures will not be affected.

  • Email Contact. We may send promotional messages about us and our products and services related to our Website, App, and Platform to your email. When you send us a query email at support@cypherhq.io, you are providing us with consent to send emails to you for replying to your queries at your provided email address. By providing your email address, you agree with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  • Push Notification. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of our Website, App, and Platform.

Acknowledging Consenting to Electronic Communications

By confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms, you are confirming that you agree to receive electronic communication from CypherD Wallet Inc until your account is terminated by us.
