What's the minimum lock period?

Minimum lock for an Epoch is the number of days remaining towards the end of the Epoch.
(eg. on an Epoch going from 9th October to 23rd October -if a user votes on
20th October, it would be 3 days )
The rewards can be claimed by the end of the Epoch
