Notice of Termination of Services

Dear Cypher Users,

We are writing to inform you of an important change to the Cypher service.

CypherD Wallet Inc. has entered into a corporate transaction that will result in the discontinuation of the Cypher mobile application, the Cypher Card program, and related services. We are providing this notice in advance to give you time to take any steps you wish to take with respect to your account.

Key Dates

  • Notice Date: July 8, 2026
  • Service End Date: September 6, 2026 . After this date, the Cypher mobile application and the Cypher Card will no longer be operational.
  • Withdrawal Deadline: September 6, 2026 . Please complete all actions described below by this date.

What This Means for You

A. Your Non-Custodial Wallet.
Cypher is a non-custodial wallet. This means you, not Cypher, hold the private keys to your cryptocurrency assets. Your wallet assets are not held by Cypher and will not be affected by the discontinuation of the Cypher application. We strongly recommend that you do the following before the Service End Date:

(a) Export and securely store your private keys or recovery phrase. If you do not already have these saved outside the Cypher application, please follow the instructions here to retrieve them.

(b) Verify that you can access your wallet using an alternative non-custodial wallet application that supports the same blockchains. We recommend doing this well before the Service End Date so that any issues can be addressed while Cypher support remains available.

B. Your Cypher Card.
The Cypher Card will be deactivated on the Service End Date. Before that date, please:

(a) Spend down or withdraw any remaining card balance.

(b) Update any recurring payments or subscriptions that use your Cypher Card to a different payment method. Recurring charges attempted after the Service End Date will be declined.

C. Rewards.
All rewards earned prior to July 16, 2026 will be honored. Please ensure that any rewards balances are claimed before the Service End Date.

D. Customer Support.
Cypher customer support will remain available through September 6, 2026 . After that date, support inquiries should be directed to support@cypherhq.io for a transitional period of 60 days. We will continue to respond to legitimate inquiries during the transitional period, including requests for account records and assistance with the steps described in this notice.

Your Data

We are required by federal anti-money laundering laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act, to retain customer identification and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure. During this retention period, your data will be held under strict access controls and used only for legal and regulatory compliance purposes. After the retention period expires, your records will be securely destroyed in accordance with our data retention policy.
