Can I withdraw funds that I have on the card

You can transfer funds from your card back to your wallet!

Here’s how to request a withdrawal:

1️⃣ Log in to your Cypher account.
2️⃣ Go to the Cards section.
3️⃣ Tap on Options (top-right corner).
4️⃣ Select Withdraw Card Balance.

Enter the amount you want to withdraw and follow the steps to complete the process.

Go to the Cards section.

Select “Withdraw Card Balance”

Enter the amount you want to withdraw

Please note: It may take 24 to 48 hours for the amount to reflect in your wallet.
