How to Complete KYC on the Cypher App

1. Open the Cypher App

   • Launch the Cypher app on your device.

2. Connect or Create a Wallet

   • Connect your existing wallet, or

   • Create a new wallet using:

     • Email signup, or
     • Google (Gmail) login

   • Verify your login using the OTP code sent to your email.

3. Go to the Card Page

   • After logging in, navigate to the Card section in the app.

4. Start the KYC Process

   • Click on Apply / Verify Identity to begin the KYC process.

5. Submit Personal Information

   • Enter your personal details exactly as shown on your official documents.

6. Upload Verified Documents

   • Upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
   • Make sure the document is clear, valid, and readable.

7. Complete Live Face Verification

   • After uploading documents, complete live face verification (liveness check).
   • Take a selfie or short video as instructed.
   • Ensure good lighting and remove hats, masks, or sunglasses.

8. Submit and Proceed With Verification

   • Review all information.
   • Submit your application to proceed with the verification process.

9. Wait for Approval

   • Your KYC application will be reviewed.
   • You’ll be notified once it’s approved or if additional action is required.
