Where are the cards being issued from?

Cypher cards, both virtual and physical, are issued by our banking partner, REAP TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, located in Hong Kong.

Physical cards are shipped from Hong Kong to our headquarters in the US, where they are customized with the Cypher branding kit before being sent out to users around the world.
