What is the Cypher Card Refund Policy?

Our refund policy varies by plan and card type:

Premium Plan:

• The Premium Plan includes access to lower fees and a metal card

• A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if:

- he metal card order has not been placed, and

- No premium benefits (such as waived forex fees, ATM withdrawals, or other premium features) have been used

Cards:

• Virtual Cards, PVC and Metal Cards are non-refundable once issued
