I paid for a physical card. Can I get a refund?

As part of the product wind-down, physical card fulfillment will no longer continue. Physical card purchase fees are generally non-refundable.

The physical card fee covered the costs associated with card production, processing, and fulfillment. As a result, we will not be issuing refunds for physical card purchases unless you have been contacted directly by our team regarding your order.
