What happens if I am expecting a refund?

If you’re expecting a refund from a merchant, there’s no immediate action required from your side. Once the merchant processes the refund, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Cypher card balance. You can continue accessing those funds as long as the refund is processed before the end of the wind-down period. As merchants typically take up to 30 days to process refunds, we recommend initiating any refund requests as early as possible.
