No. The acquisition includes Cypher’s business, technology, and team, but it does not include continuing the CYPR token as part of Nium’s platform. The acquisition was focused on integrating Cypher’s business and expertise rather than operating the existing protocol and token ecosystem. Following extensive discussions during the acquisition process, the agreed transition required the protocol and token to be wound down.
