Why didn't you announce this sooner?

We wanted to communicate as soon as we were able to do so responsibly. Acquisitions involve legal, regulatory, and contractual processes, and we couldn’t comment publicly until those processes were complete and the appropriate approvals had been obtained. Once we were in a position to communicate, our priority became giving the community as much notice and clarity as possible.
